What is Plant Solutions Australia?

Plant Solutions Australia (PSA) is a privately owned plant technology company that explores the natural enhancement of un- or under-expressed potential in plants.

Research was initially focused on the development of practical 'tools' that could be used in mine reforestation programs to assist plant survival and growth under harsh open cut mining conditions.

Subsequent research results have indicated a much wider presence of under-expressed genetic potential in the wider plant kingdom including in crop and other C3 species. Many of these changes have resulted in enhanced growth, survival hardiness, plant health and crop quality (currently being tested). Exhanced resistance to insect and root pathogen attack is also concurrently being tested.

Results have lead to wider research into the use of ATW 1124 in food, carbon sequestration, biomass and biofuel production.
